In-person or virtual therapy

Whether you are hoping to improve your mood, build confidence or adapt to change, we believe therapy can take you there. We offer personalized interventions for your unique needs, working with you to develop a treatment plan with your goals at the center.

Individual sessions are hour-long appointments with the therapist. Depending on your insurer, these are usually covered by insurance. Your first session will be used to explore your issues and establish goals.

Walk & Talk therapy

Movement is at the core of what we do. Walk & Talk therapy has many benefits over traditional talk-therapy settings. If you find yourself restless or anxious about going to a therapist's office or sitting on a computer for telehealth, Walk & Talk therapy might be for you.

Walk & Talk therapy sessions are 1-hour sessions held outside while walking with your therapist in a public place, like a park or a trail. These sessions are not covered by insurance, but the incorporation of movement into therapy sessions can offer a more engaged and stimulating session.
